One Click
A platform for launching storefronts, portfolios, and link-in-bio pages from one account, with commerce features designed around the trust problems faced by social sellers.
A lot of small sellers and freelancers already find customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
The problem is that discovery happens easily while trust does not.
A buyer may find a seller on social media but hesitate to send money to somebody they have never dealt with. At the same time, many small sellers do not need — or cannot justify building — a full traditional website before they can start selling professionally.
OneClick explores both problems.
It lets someone create a small public site around what they actually need: a storefront for products, a portfolio for services, or a link-in-bio page for their online presence.
The broader product direction adds identity, payments, seller tools, and protected transaction flows around those pages so that the public link becomes more than a static profile.
One account, several types of presence
Instead of forcing every user into the same website template, OneClick supports different use cases:
Storefront — products, inventory, ordering, and checkout Portfolio — work, services, experience, and client contact Link-in-bio — a simple mobile-first destination for social audiences
Users move through authentication, onboarding, site creation, and a management hub before publishing their page.
The application also includes pricing, demonstrations of the different site types, public site rendering, and commerce-related flows.
Trust as part of the product
The product was designed around the reality that many social-commerce transactions begin between people who do not already trust one another.
That led to work around:
seller identity and verification concepts protected checkout flows transaction status payment integration professional public storefronts clear customer-facing purchase journeys Engineering
The application uses InstantDB for application data and realtime behaviour, alongside Paystack for payment functionality.
The frontend is built as a React/TypeScript application with reusable site templates, form validation, responsive public pages, motion, and a fairly extensive component system.
Gemini is also available in the application for AI-assisted functionality where it improves the creation workflow.
